Calculate your estimated due date and current pregnancy progress
With a last period starting January 15, 2026, the estimated due date is October 22, 2026. The estimated conception date is around January 29, 2026.
With a last period starting October 1, 2025, the estimated due date is July 8, 2026. By mid-March 2026, you would be approximately 24 weeks along (second trimester).

The most common method is Naegele's Rule: add 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). This assumes a 28-day menstrual cycle with ovulation occurring on day 14.
A due date is an estimate. Only about 5% of babies are born on their exact due date. Most babies arrive within 2 weeks before or after. First-trimester ultrasound dating is generally more accurate than LMP-based calculations.
First trimester: weeks 1-12 (major organ development). Second trimester: weeks 13-26 (rapid growth, movements felt). Third trimester: weeks 27-40 (weight gain, preparation for birth).
